Bold Cape is located on SW end of Alaska Peninsula, between Cold and Belkofski Bays, 23 mi. SE of village of Cold Bay, Aleutian Range;
History
Local name reported by U.S. Bureau of Fisheries (USBF) in 1888. Published as "M(ys) Stolb", meaning "Pillar Cape", in 1847 on Russian Hydrographic Dept. Chart 1379.
